Read Lubanga Chronicle #24 20 May 2009 Prosecutor Manoj Sachdeva examines Witness 55´s evidence for a fourth consecutive day. Four days having to watch the trial through the glass division rather than being able to hear the witness´s testimony. As a result of the Court appearance, there is a risk that Witness 55 or his family may be in some way harmed as a result of their identity becoming known.
