Read Lubanga Chronicle #22 14 May 2009 Witness 55 resumes his testimony after an interruption of two days; time for the experts on age assessment to testify. As happened during his first intervention, protection of Witness 55´s identity requires the Court to proceed almost entirely in private session despite the efforts made by the Prosecution to present the evidence publicly as much as possible.
