Read Lubanga Chronicle #21 13 May 2009 Presiding Judge Fulford opens the session with a warm welcome to Mr. Thomas Lubanga, who was absent yesterday. Given the difficulties presented by the expert witness in testifying in a very concrete period of time, it was crucial not to interrupt Ms. Adamsbaum´s evidence. For this reason, the Chamber wants to express its gratitude to Mr. Lubanga for enabling the proceedings to go on.
